Please note: As of Reaper 6.X the name of that video setting in the preferences changed from what Kenny shows here to "Display low-resolution audio peaks for video items". So this means, that by default Reaper 6 uses low-resolution peaks for video items and in order to get the high resolution, you have to tick the checkbox in the preferences.

Talks too much like a robot, explains things (but) a lot of it he dont tell you (why) your even doing it to begin with! I just cant follow him with not understanding why and him talking in a robot voice with no explanation just instruction!🤬🤬Maybe some of his videos might be ok ill have to check out but not high hopes!

This just revolutionized my drum editing. I was healing the splits manually before which took hours. I've been mixing with Reaper for 10 years, and only just now thought to look for a way to optimize my drum editing. Which is silly of me, cause this info was available for basically the whole time.

How do you get the individual mixer faders to pop up like that?

I’ve been using reaper for a while now mixing, but now I’m recording, the latency is a big disappointment, I don’t have that latency issue in pro tools, I really don’t want to go back to pro tools, but these issues just aren’t there. Same equipment, like I said it’s very disappointing.

Hi! I'm strugling with Reaper7.17 and SL mixface with firmware 1.04. Although I can use solo and pan functions. there is no way I can't get the faders to work. Do you have any video on that kind of issue? Thanks in advance.

Super tutorial! But one question is coming up: how does it work with side chain compression? For example: I want to render the bass track. Will the dips, the kick creates as send to the side chain compresser, also stay in the rendered track?

How are we supposed to route those channels to separate tracks? Even when create new tracks and assign them through SSD5 it doesn't work properly.

Kenny can’t open one of my songs says error parsing specified project, I tried doing the offline startup with no fx but it still won’t open past this window saying error s as my other way to get this song back or am I toast ?

I should have checked for other loops. I tried 4 or 5 more mentioned for this video from looperman and all but one were archived. Then for some reason, I couldn't access looperman ... Kept giving me an error. Is it possible you can supply the other loops too? I really would like to work through the series.
